These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Learner", or "Customer") and LearnAspire ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the platform accessible at learnaspire.com (the "Platform"). References to "LearnAspire" include its proprietors, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates.

LearnAspire provides:

• Online, self-paced IT learning courses accessible through the Platform
• AI-assisted tutoring and course interaction features
• Digital certificates of completion upon meeting course requirements
• Optional premium features including team/corporate access dashboards

All courses are delivered digitally. No physical materials are included unless explicitly stated in the course description.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a course. By creating an account you represent that all information you submit is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@learnaspire.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. LearnAspire is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

One individual may hold one account. Corporate team accounts are subject to separate B2B agreements.

All course prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway). LearnAspire does not store your card or bank details. By completing a purchase you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Use.

Upon successful payment you will receive a tax invoice at your registered email address. This invoice is required for any GST input credit claims.

LearnAspire reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, technical failures, or fraud prevention.

Upon purchasing a course, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the course content for the duration stated on the course page. Where no duration is stated, access is provided for a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Access is for your personal educational use only. You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicence, or otherwise transfer your account or access credentials
• Record, screenshot, download, or reproduce course content in any form
• Use course content for commercial training of third parties without a B2B licence agreement
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract content from the Platform by automated means

All course content, including text, code, exercises, quizzes, video, graphics, and AI-generated material, is the intellectual property of LearnAspire or its licensed contributors and is protected under Indian copyright law (Copyright Act, 1957).

Your purchase grants you a limited licence to view and interact with course content within the Platform. No ownership or copyright is transferred to you.

If you submit feedback, comments, or suggestions, you grant LearnAspire a royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that feedback for platform improvement.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of LearnAspire or any third party
• Post, share, or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
• Introduce malware, bots, or other harmful code
• Circumvent or interfere with security or access-control features

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account and access, without refund.

Digital certificates are issued upon successful completion of all required modules and assessments. Certificates confirm course completion on the LearnAspire platform only and do not constitute formal academic qualifications or professional certifications recognised by any regulatory body unless explicitly stated.

LearnAspire is not liable for any employment or licensing decisions made on the basis of a certificate issued by the Platform.

The Platform and all course content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied. LearnAspire does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• Course content will be complete, accurate, or up to date at all times
• Completion of any course will result in employment, promotion, or certification

Technology and best practices evolve rapidly. While we strive to keep content current, you should verify version-specific technical details against official documentation before applying them in production environments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnAspire's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.

In no event shall LearnAspire be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

LearnAspire may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. In cases of fraud or serious misconduct, no refund will be issued.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@learnaspire.com. Closing your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund; our Refund Policy applies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.

For consumer grievances under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, please contact our Grievance Officer at legal@learnaspire.com. We will acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
